| J. Samuel Parkhill
Director
Mr. Parkhill was appointed Director of BTU in 2004. Mr. Parkhill joined
The Hall Corporation (formerly The Stackpole Corporation), a privately
held company formerly involved in manufacturing operations, in 1983,
became COO in 1985 and CEO in 1994. Prior to 1983 Mr. Parkhill held
various executive and legal positions with Ionics, Inc. Waters Corporation
and Eastern Gas and Fuel Associates. Mr. Parkhill holds a BA from
Williams College, J.D. from Boston University (Law Review) and attended
the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School.
