BTU International’s Paul Lancaster to Serve as Panelist for Solar Module Manufacturing Discussion at SMTA International 2011
NORTH BILLERICA, Mass., Sept. 27, 2011 — BTU International, Inc., a leading supplier of advanced thermal processing equipment to the alternative energy and electronics manufacturing markets, today announced that Paul Lancaster, western regional sales manager, will serve as a panelist for the Solar Module Manufacturing Panel Discussion at the upcoming SMTA International Conference & Exhibition at the Fort Worth Convention Center in Fort Worth, Texas. The panel discussion will take place on Wednesday, October 19, 2011, from 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. CDT in the Exhibit Hall Theater. The discussion will be moderated by Chrys Shea of Shea Engineering Services. Lancaster will be joined by panelists Matthew Holzmann, Christopher Associates Inc., Alan Rae, Ph.D., TPF Enterprises, and Dongkai Shangguan, Ph.D., Flextronics International.
The panel discussion is geared to helping individuals who are already in the solar industry or considering becoming involved. Experts will be sharing their experience and insights to answer questions in all areas of solar energy systems manufacture . Lancaster is the western regional sales manager for BTU International, Inc. He joined BTU in 2006 and is involved with BTU’s business development efforts for the alternative energy markets. Prior to joining BTU, Lancaster was director of sales at a leading AOI company in the electronics SMT market. Lancaster holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Engineering from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, and a master’s degree in business administration from San Diego State University.
