Support all technical field aspects of aftermarket activities for all company products worldwide. Expectation is to meet or exceed customer expectations. Respond to customer related technical inquiries, problems and basic training requirements and ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Prospect will be required to be on the East Coast of the United States.
Mechanical Designer I
Location: North Billerica, MA
Designs major components of a system, layout complex electromechanical equipment / mechanisms in accordance with overall configurations and specifications from engineers. May work on new product design and/or modifications to existing designs.
Aftermarket Parts Specialist
Location: North Billerica, MA, NOT REMOTE

The Aftermarket Parts Specialist supports the organization by effectively executing aftermarket transactions in response to inbound inquiries, quotations, order entry, order status, follow-up, and delivery confirmation to the Company’s domestic and international customers. The Aftermarket Applications Specialist will utilize in-house enterprise systems (ERP and CRM) and will follow established Aftermarket Sales order processes. The incumbent is also expected to analyze current processes and practices of the Company’s Aftermarket function and is encouraged to identify opportunities for improvement. The role is boundary spanning, and the incumbent will be expected to establish rapport with and gain support from other company functions such as Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Engineering departments. Time is of the essence, and the incumbent is to represent the Company’s strategic interests in providing timely responses to customer support issues.
Production Supervisor
Location: North Billerica, MA, NOT REMOTE
This is a 2nd shift position 1pm – 9:30pm.
The Production Supervisor supervises work centers to help maintain on time assembly standards and procedures as well coordinate and schedule and control the production activities and personnel. The Supervisor helps to develop a cross training matrix and give input to the Production Manager regarding final assembly technicians in performing diversified assembly operations on all system, sub-systems, mechanisms, and controls to ensure unit conformance to specification prior to shipment. In addition, the Supervisor will support the implementation and ongoing activities required to achieve and maintain ISO registration and assist quality and manufacturing personnel to help and define and implement Lean Manufacturing Methodologies.
Electrical Engineer II
Performs complicated electrical engineering work of major complexity that requires a high degree of technical competence. Conducts independent technical investigations involving the application of a wide variety of electrical engineering principles.
Manufacturing Engineer III
Location: North Billerica, MA
Provides technical direction and performs work of a complex nature in acting as a liaison between Engineering, Purchasing, Quality and Manufacturing departments. Assures the manufacture and the purchase of products meet the functional requirements at the lowest possible cost. Maintain constant surveillance over product design and manufacturing processes for the purpose of reducing and controlling costs.
Supplier Quality Engineer
Location: Remote
The Supplier Quality Engineer works closely with supply chain, quality, manufacturing, and the engineering department, to facilitate and manage successful supplier partnerships to ensure BTU’s supply chain objectives and improve quality performance.
Electronics Test and Repair Technician
Location: North Billerica, MA, NOT REMOTE
The Electronics Test & Repair Technician sets up electronic systems and devices as well as assemble and connect system components. In addition, the Technician performs testing, write procedures, and provides technical support for internal and external customers.
Buyer I
Location: North Billerica, MA, NOT REMOTE
Responsible for purchasing electrical and mechanical components.
Final Test Technician
Location: North Billerica, MA, NOT REMOTE
The Final Test Technician supports all final test aspects of the manufacturing process and performs final test on all standard and complex BTU products with minimal guidance. Work in assembly when required. This is not a remote position.
