BTU International Promotes Paul Lancaster to Director of Sales – Americas

NORTH BILLERICA, Mass., August 29, 2013— BTU International, Inc. today announced the promotion of Paul Lancaster to the position of director of sales – Americas. Lancaster’s previous role was regional sales manager at BTU.

In his new role, Lancaster will drive BTU’s sales efforts in the Americas by developing new customers and maximizing sales within the company’s existing customer base. Additionally, he will play a more active role in defining winning strategies for BTU’s market opportunities and optimizing the sales channels in the Americas.

Lancaster joined BTU in 2006 and has been active with the company’s business development efforts for the alternative energy markets. Prior to joining BTU, Lancaster was director of sales at a leading AOI company in the electronics SMT market. Lancaster holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Engineering from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University.
