The Blower Monitoring option provides real time monitoring of the con vection delivery system in each heated zone.

This is accomplished by monitoring the zone static pressure with a differential pressure switch.  If a blower system fails or drops below the low limit pressure in the zone, an alarm is triggered. This system monitors the heated section only. The system reports a failure through the WINCON™ operating software and an LED panel behind the oven panel system.

  • Reduces board scrap as a result of failure due to early detection

What to expect

  • Description: The kit includes multiple pressure sensors and associated hardware and wiring.
  • Procedure: Mechanical installation of sensor and hardware and modifi cation of controls.
  • Installation: Upgrade to be performed by BTU Field Service.
  • Downtime: 2 - 4 hours.
  • Requalification: Requalification is not required.
