BTU to Spotlight Custom Atmosphere Furnace Expertise at PCIM Europe 2026

WESTFORD, Mass., April 28, 2026 – BTU International, Inc., a leading supplier of advanced thermal processing equipment for the electronics manufacturing market, will exhibit at PCIM Europe 2026, taking place June 9–11 in Nuremberg, Germany. At this year’s event, BTU will highlight its controlled atmosphere belt furnaces, which are designed and built for applications such as direct bond copper (DBC), brazing, sintering, and glass-to-metal sealing.
